Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Malti. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods. However, please understand that as a young brand we unfortunately cannot offer free returns.

To be eligible for refund, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

1. Contact Us

  • Inform us via email at maltisgroup@gmail.com or using our Contact page with a clear statement of your decision to return/ exchange the product.

2. Returns

  • We will then send you a return label which you can print out and stick on your package

  • Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

  • To avoid transport damage or loss of items, be sure to package the items in their original packaging or at least in a similarly good manner.

3. Refunds

  • After receipt and positive inspection of the return, we will process refunds promptly (usually within 14 working days), minus a return fee of €4.50.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at maltisgroup@gmail.com or using our conta ct page before sending the product back.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
